SMART Development
At times it can be very difficult to continually improve oneself, whether it involves personal or professional goals. Sometimes I find myself in a rut and unaware of how I should further develop myself. It is extremely easy to dream about what I should be doing and never actually taking the appropriate action to turn them into reality. Recently, I came across a method that helps you hone your goals: SMART. Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, and Time bound. I applied this process to one of my many dreams and afterwards I was satisfied with the progress that I made. Be SMART about your life and the way you approach it.
